I Couldn't Wait Any Longer

Oh yes when u run outta beer the local boot leggers charge about $40 an 18 pack of whatever they got left but damn it your thankful for
Them hey I love the lake we've onLy ran out like twice better to overstocked then run out :) then u think you have to drink it all it works out lol

Let me think about this one, we may have something here.

I would think there is some kind of Federal jurisdiction on the lake because of the Dam. Just don't know. Need a local to check it out and if legal, hook up with the local native tribes and start a business.....

This is the 1st time I have heard anyone dog LC. I love it there, but the 6 hr drive 1 way isn't in the picture for the every weekend trip. No comment on the KY way of life. Some good lookers with sexy accents!

Only time I have ever had a problem with no beer there, is when I didn't bring enough.

oh crap i hate loading moving trucks...hired a couple locals that work at a furniture store to help today but they were a no show....i guess they made the 2 hour trip to the beer store last night....so it's just me and the wife and 17 year old daughter(no help)...and a 19 month old grand baby....she has helped more than the teenager....

How soon is the move Chip??
And why'd you choose Chatanooga? I've never been there, but have been in and around Nashville many times.

I can see why you want to leave Ky - I'll be out of here in 3-4 weeks. Spent the week in AZ looking for a place to live, and just got back a few hours ago.
Unless you are from here, it's not a place you want to be. The locals are just dumber than anyplace I've ever encountered, and lazy/work the system...

Sorry we never had a chance to meet at Louisville - I never even made it down there, too much going on orchastrating this move, and too much travel to see family before we go.
Funny you mention it, but 2 weekends ago, I was driving back to KY from Toledo, and looking at all the very familiar sights on the roadsides and thinking "this is the last time I will likely ever see this in my life"
I didn't feel bad about it at all.
yea i never made it to the show either.....taking a finance manager job at Capital Toyota/Lexus in Chattanooga....went to spend a couple weekends there last month and seems nice....just really had to get out of Ky....and back to somewhat of a city life....just a bit to rural here for my liking....I'm sure we will get together at a poker run or some event soon....well i'm going to pack the computer now so i will chat with everyone later...

Hope everything goes smooth with the move.
I'm not looking forward to my move, but the Co. has a van line that comes in and packs/loads/unpacks, so at least that part will be easy (I hope).
We'll hook-up at PR I'm sure.
Good Luck!!

dry county...... gotta be kidding me.... couldnt move there.. :26::26:

I'm not sure I could even travel there for biz for a few days.
At least when I did go down there for the PR, I knew in advance, and packed accordingly.
Always pack more than you think you'll need. It's like an insurance policy.

I spent some time in Chattanooga, it seems like a great town with a progressive attitude. Good luck us rednecks will really miss you.
