I had Jehovah's Witnesses show up yesterday...
Now, I live at the end of a dirt road, and there is literally a bridge that you have to walk across to get from my driveway to my front porch/front door. It's kinda cool - like a boat dock.
I told them to call first before they come next time, because pizza doesn't deliver out here, and I might be hungry.

I thought about starting a new thread on construction mishaps, but this thread really fits KW , and it's non work ethics.
About two months ago , on the Navy base no less, The driver of the concrete truck was watching hand signals from the laborer, as he was backing up to the concrete forms........the laborer has one hand on the chute (where the concrete exits the drum) and the other hand waving the truck back........(wait for it.........) he backs the truck/chute into a concrete piling....which severs 3 of his fingers off....he quit waving at this point.
The driver of the truck can't pass a piss test, and the laborer is Illegal.....win win for the company. (not my company)
I tell guy's all of the time, you get hurt on the job ,and you piss dirty you are f*cked, and on your own.
I realize this is black humor....but you gotta visualize the guy with his hand on the chute waving the truck back......classic Farrely Bros. !!!

Have not had a haircut since July or August can't remember. Ran out of shaving two days ago been lazy on getting more.
