Nutz,I'm not sure about here, ( Tampa / Key Largo) but i know Pennsylvania, and I'm pretty sure NJ. has a minimum 4" truck lettering. law

But its still far from right , i could see if somebody had boats, cars / trucks ETC. in pieces all over the place, but not for simply not being registered.
