Shocking news. Gaines Adams, the Bucs 4th overall draft pick from a few years ago, and traded to the Bears this season, died of apparent heart attack this weekend. 26 years old.
I get caught up in judging players, coaches and teams to the point of liking or disliking someone I don't even know. Never had an opinion on Gaines but I feel really bad for his family and teammates. I may even try to judge these guys less and simply enjoy watching football, unless it's Terrell Owens.
God speed Gaines. Guess he needed a young lineman for his team.
