Cooking This Weekend...

I think I'm going to go off the reservation just slightly and add some diced sweet onion into the chopped bacon filling.
 
Now that is right up my alley! I love me some bacon! I usually make Stacon. I get bacon cut 1/2"-3/4" and grill it.
 
I saw that the other day.
I think my cholestorol went up just looking at it.

Its probably very good,The line from the movie my cousin Vinnie keeps poping into my head now though.

I'm 12 hours into it. Just pulled it out of the oven to wrap it up for the last few hours. Then it has to sit for an hour or two. Then it gets pulled apart and sauced up. I'm gonna get a beer!!:cheers2:
