I can remember being behind some old guy waiting to pull out of a parking lot in Sarasota ..... he was smoking, on oxygen and then crossed 4 lanes of traffic to get to where he wanted to be.... kinda like watching a live game of frogger

Hi kids! Back from Vegas where it was 75 and sunny. It was 26 and cloudy when we landed...welcome home! :boxing_smiley:

It was a long trip (felt like I was gone a week), but I did come home with $50 more than I left with. Hit a straight flush on 3 Card Poker.
Nah, no stories.......and yes...what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas....:seeya:

42 today- 20 degrees warmer than yesterday!
Last day for me and then 4 days off!
I get to wait for the Comcast guy tomorrow- doubled my bill when the promotion expired so canceled and re-started. Cost me $50 for him to come out, saves me $75/month so kind of a no brainer but the cable people still don't get it. I told them bill me the $50 and he doesn't even have to come but they wouldn't do it. So my bill drops $75 to add a dialtone line and free Starz (any thing short of skin-0-max is worthless).
$75 x 12 months - $50 trip charge = 1 tank of boat fuel- thanks Comcast!!!

Same thing happened to me after one year of cable, promotion expired and the bill went way up. So I called and cancelled everything but HBO dropped it about $60/mo. I really only watch 3-4 HD channels as it is and only HBO on the weekends if I happen to be home.

Thats like when I brought I cell phone in for service. They told me they don't cover damage to the body or antenna. She went on to tell me if it didn't work it would be a covered repair. so I said OK and asked for a box. She asked what do I need a box for. I replied I will need it to put all the pieces of my shattered phone in it. She then did the same, she got a manager to help me.
