Chicks, Chips & Boats

Heading back to Wisconsin this weekend, leaving midnight tonight. Wayne says it's really warm and he's mowing the grass already:sifone:

Offshore you make my problem seem like nothing. Question on the prosthetic elbow, how does that work, is it inside like a joint replacement, or do you have a whole lower arm and prosthetic hand.

It is an inside joint replacement. As soon as I get the proper lighting, I will be digitizing the after x-rays. Basically for the Ulnar component it is a bar that is shoved into the existing bone, with the HUmeral component being the same except that is it larger, and has an extra flange that they graft bone to to keep it from freely rotating inside the bone. The two pieces connect together with a Pin and a Poly-Ethylene bushing (the elbow). I have an extra heavy duty pin, bushing, and flange (custom built for me) with two bone graft "Struts" for added stability on the Humeral end piece.

The part that I broke was the stem of the humeral component approx 4 inches up inside the bone.

It's all good. I just have to retire from racing my 4-wheeler and my dirt bike.

Hi John, long time no see. BBB John is a lot of fun, hopefully your in town and can meet up. John is Lesley going as well, how is she doing with her real estate career, hopefully your area is not as bad as MI, it seems like only foreclosers sell around here and they are even slow to move.

Wow that sounds very hi-tek and industrial. I am surprised you can still jump out of helicopters
