Fund & I went to the local metropark to walk. We came upon 3 deer at a over-the ravin platform. They were near the water. They looked at us for a moment and left. We moved on. Towards the bridge, we came to the rest of the herd! 8-11 more. One was large, the rest must've been young. Very cool!

My sister is going to Florida and taking my mom, daughter and niece..Britt had to hire 4 people to cover her shifts, she works so much! Thats ok, its great my 21yr old has to be up by 4:30(am) to be to work by 5:30!!! Thats where I want her....she's to cute!

Today is my friends (Uson) b-day, And Fund's best friend's ....Already called her. She used to own the salon I was at for 13 yrs.. Today I'm highlighting her daughter-in-laws hair, her b-day is tomorrow!

are you sure what you have is the hives, they were talking on the TV about how adult shingles are on the rise. you should get it checked out if it doesn't get better.

So what type of diet are you on, is it working, I have got to get my self motivated, since my back has been hurting so bad I have been slacking off at the gym I have been thinking about rejoining Weight Watches, it's a slow plan and I don't always follow it to a t. but there is something about having a stranger weigh you each week that helps me stay on track.

Will you guys be joining LEOPA this year?

I was seen by a Dr. when the bumps appeared. We also thought about shingles, but I've had those before (95-96), and those follow a nerve.. My trigger is stress... who's aren't? I'm not really following a 'diet', just being more active and better food choices. When we sold the Stinger, our summers turned into BBQ's..thats was 4-5 yrs ago...We are walking at the park. Nature in all her beauty. It's nice. Also doing the stationary bike and weight machine (low weights, high reps). We'll see about LEOPA.. Hope your back fells better.

I have been having pain in my (L) shoulder blade that shoots to the front..hard time finding a comfortable position to sleep (I'm a side sleeper).
Two nights in a row! Had to take more Ib at 3:00am...
Ever have a day where your body feels compressed? I feel like I lost an inch or two, and I have None to lose!!!!!

Fund is having dinner with a friend in from out of town, so I'm making BBQ chicken in the oven W/Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. Boxed mashed taters and gr. beans..cheap & easy.
