Chicks, Chips & Boats

For a moment there I thought I read you got pinched while in a bar, when you were supposed to be movin'.

The thing he isn't telling you is these were glass cases, we were moving them through a door way with about 2 inches to spare. Eric and I were inside the door way and Wayne had his end out side, the dolly moved on Waynes end and he told us to hold up to adjust then we heard a third grade girl scream and yell ERIC! so the firt thing I did was pick up on my end putting more weight on the pinky he yelled louder so I pulled on the case so we could get to the outside of the door to help not knowing the dolly was stuck in the door frame and Waynes finger is between the stuck dolly and the case which I have picked up and started pulling on. I think at this point the pain of his finger and our pulling he decided that it is possible to either pick the the display case up with one arm or lose the finger. I went to my truck got a kleenex for the tears, some bactine for the hurt and a Snoopy bandaid, but Lori had to come over and kiss his finger before we put Snoopy on. After that we never used the dollys:sifone:

Sometimes the truth is funnier than fiction

lol...more like fiction based on fact:biggrinjester:

Dang leaf makers.
Spent the day getting rid of leaves and get'n everything buttoned down for the winter. Went across the channel to help two neighbors pull their docks out. Rescued the cat out of the tree. Need to spread some winterizer on the lawn in the morn'n and pull the wave runners over to storage and should be good to go for the winter.

Don't make me take pics. I have shipping container sized piles. I have three foot leaf drifts in my roof valleys. :ack2:

Where all did you go Rick?

Launched at rainbow Park in Oshkosh. Then to The Other Place in Winneconne for lunch. Then back to Winnebago. Run about 5 miles north of Oshkosh, did a u-turn and swung by Streich. Then back to the dock.

I was hoping to see more boats on the water, but what do you expect for November :sifone:

Pretty much have the place to yourself that late in the year.

Leaves- Fall is "pretty" but man leaves suck...

I've been hand raking (small lot) but going to get a vac/blower thing sooner than later.

Helpful hint - not sure if I posted or not: Go to the USPS and ask for a "change of address" packet. Lowes has a get $10 off your next $50 purchase coupon in there...

I go when they aren't busy and the check out people let me do 2-3 transactions using the coupons. $300 just became $240 and Mark gets a good din din that night on them!
