Spring is 20 days away. Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday morning at 2AM (YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). My birthday is 23 days away (hint hint :sifone.

BUT....there's always a but.....front page of our local paper yesterday indicated March would be below normal temps with above normal precip, which we all know means s-n-o-w.

What do they know? They can't predicite tomorrow's weather. Let's hope they miss this one too.
