Chicks, Chips & Boats

My dad is usually at the gym by 5:30 or 6. I just can't do it. I tried a couple of mornings but I would much rather stay up late than get up that early - especially just to work out!
 
Wait till you get older, I was really skinny when I was young but as you approach 50 the weight just piles on.

Right now, I'm about 20-25 lbs under weight....stress sux:(
When I was on the road I would go up and down between 205-225. Since I went into the store, I've been as low as 175 and looked like chit.

When I got married was about 215 now I'm 240 and should be about 230. I took after my grandfather weighed like 150 when married and over 300 later on.
 
I use to throw a lot of my own freight on the docks. A couple of 25 lb cases of cheese sandwiched together was a pretty good upper body work out. Lost a lot of bulk across my chest and upper arms since then. Lori says I'm nut'n but a bag of bones now. Guess work'n out would bring some of that back.
 
The retards thing is the wallpaper on my computer here at the office.

Im enjoyin the treadmill but only at night. Its cold. I enjoy being under the covers in the morning.

All weather is good ho'n weather ....
