It's a tough business these days. Had to make a lot of adjustments in what we carry. Like everything, the internet is kill'n the floor sales. Everybody wants a local shop, but then don't want to support it if they see it on the net for a buck cheaper. There is no loyalty in retail. Sometimes ya gotta get pretty creative.

There is a local gun shop that sells paint ball supplies. They have a sign posted that says some thing along the lines of don't waste our trained sales teams time to go buy some place else.

I shop the net often and hate paying taxes like the next guy but they are going to have to tax net sales to keep the brick and mortar stores open and able to complete

OUCH...as many times as I've felt like say'n that, ya just don't. To convey feelings like that towards a customer is the kiss of death in the long run. Pizz off a customer or make them feel uncomfortable....they're not com'n back.

We only got a dusting, too. Darn, last week I gave a hair cut in x-change for some shoveling at the old house. Now were not getting anthing. Backed myself up, tho, if we don't get snow by his next cut, he'll pay for both. mean old mr winter.:boxing_smiley:
