Big water in Grand haven, MI...

nice!

Paul you been down the water to check it out?

Nope. Not as bad today as when we got home late last night. The wind here was bad though. Took our pool cover, blew it completely out of the pool with the roller attached. then blasted it into our big concrete fountain, knocked it completely out of the fountain base and broke it up....

that sucks its really windy. I live about 13 miles south of the lake

I guess we get noreasters and you guys get the big winter lows and clippers!

Weatherman on the weather channel last night said there's going to be a series of big low pressure systems moving across the country the next couple of weeks. He even hinted at teh possibility of some big lake-effect snows this winter given the current weather pattern... Yesterday they said there was a good amount of lake-effect rain.

If you can't tell, I love the weather! ;)

See.... Fountains are no good in big water or wind. :)

This was the Put-in-Bay ferry that takes the cars from the island to the mainland Monday afternoon.

Kind of unusual that they were even running it. I've had to wait for the lake to settle down before they would run it getting over to the island in the fall a few times...
