Big water in Grand haven, MI...

I believe one motor sucked up weeds and the other motor plugged with a couple of thongs and some pasties :26:

 Nice!
Port has bearing material in the filter and knocks pretty good. The other has no signs of bearing but does not sound so good. Not knocking but hard to explain. Damn pasties!

Went by the GH beach this evening. All waves were over the tall portion of the pier. Almost all of the rollers coming down the channel were over the railings. Solid 10's for that to happen. Some way out there looked huge. I would say 10-14's nothing that looked like 18'. They are steep and curling over a couple feet before they break. I would say most any boat would roll over if you took one from the side.

Traffic is bumper to bumper all around town. Everyone is trying to see the waves.

This was the Put-in-Bay ferry that takes the cars from the island to the mainland Monday afternoon.

These are the days when we go out surfing, or else wave jumping on the seadoos. port colborne was reading 12 foot waves at their NOAA weather mark. the sailboat in the picture dragged its mooring a good couple hundred feet, and the other picture is all the boats that broke free during the storm.
