Kill him with kindness. I'm a noted hothead, and somehow I became the peacekeeper in the neighborhood. I think it's because they all know I'm crazy.

The best situation is when they have no idea where 'it' came from and they have no idea when 'it' will end... crazy in every sense of the word.

I had a problem neighbor before. Would always complain when I would burn the fireplace. Said the smoke would get in their house which is BS cause the new neighbor said they don't have a problem. Anyway I was told by someone to throw pieces of shingles in the fireplace when I would burn it. There take that. hahaha!

Whenever I find out about a feud in the neighborhood between a couple of neighbors....I will do those things mentioned, to both of them, just to watch the sparks fly. God I love to watch and hear neighbors b!tch at each other......

Vegitation killer is my best friend for driving people nuts. A spray here and a spray there on a well manicured lawn.........or garden (tomato plants wind up being a leafless vine with green tomatos hanging on it ) is fun to watch. If there are inground sprinklers....spray some veg-killer around a few of the sprinkler heads...... watch them call people trying to figure it out. When they throw their hands up and can't figure it out....wait a few weeks and do it again to a few more sprinkler heads .

have your attorney send him a certified letter with copies of the surveys explaining that any further harassment will result in a restraining order and harrassment suit and if he sets foot on your property he will be arrested for trespassing. Go have a talk w/the police chief or sheriff and let them know whats going on so he will have some background info when you have the mofo arrested.

make sure that YOU are cuting the grass don't let F tard do it ,in some state's if you take care of a property for a number of years you can claim it as your own.
