APBA Offshore Championship Series Returning In 2020

Yep, but if Larry was smart, he'd quit the nonsense he is trying to do and join forces with OPA/P1 to oversee the events he can do and all cooperate together. Smitty said they offered for Dunkirk and Key West but Larry backed out of Key West and said no on Dunkirk.

Too bad for both, they would have been really nice turnout events. I'll bet 40+ in Dunkirk because of the location.

Larry doesn't have much of a chance for a southern APBA circuit in one sense. OPA/P1 already has contracts for Cocoa Beach, Englewood, Sarasota, and Fort Meyers. Those are the main venues in Florida. Doesn't leave a whole lot of room for events in Florida, so he'd have to try for Orange Beach and see if Biloxi is interested again.

And, APBA has made it clear for years, they will not give any org an only contract for Florida. It is the one state that has always been exempt from the one org contract rules.

The best thing that could have happened for offshore would have been a single digit turnout for kw....

Larry is not smart .when larry smelled fresh carcaus he began coming to the office and visit ,looking for how to run copbra himself .
I always listened in taking it all in .

he is as disingenuous as doc ( watch youre back ,smokey outerlimits 29 ,stampeded).

RWO is SBI leftovers .and to be honest not much left worth value .all old outdated over repaired equipment .

If Opa can stop Billy the boycotter and get the Supercat class in line ,then all is well.

The unlimited class who cares ? really ? they run a little faster but not noticeable from shore ,certainly not by online viewing .

OPA has 16 svl,s ? some carbed some not ,still the hulls have proven to be fan friendly .
they have canopies , their loud , squirley ,just fun to watch , and SAFE. They don't blow over .( roll once it a great while }

anyway OPA great job today .
