any home heating an AC service guys on here?
Got a furnace issue i need some help on. I went out to the lake house last weekend and found my furnace was not working. Turned off the power and re set it, let it fire up and cycle for a few minutes and when the blower went to come on it just hummed and kicked a high limit switch (bushings were shot). Pulled the motor and went and bought a new one and took it out this afternoon and installed it. Re set every thing and fired it up again, blower came on fine but a few minutes later kicked a high limit code again. Its a propane fired unit and when i pulled the motor last week i also shut off the water to. Do these have water in the heat exchanger or something like that? its got some kinda pump (looks like a bilge pump) and a few lines on the side that appear to go in and out of the exchanger. Heres a few pic of it. It also didnt seem to be kicking out to much air when it was trying to come on either.
pics, any thoughts?
