The racers in the Dollar Marine Special took first place in the Super Vee Class of the Key West International Offshore Championship Cup.


I don't believe that there was a "Super Vee Class" then (1990). We all were in the Open Class: cats and Vee's together.

In the race 20 years ago tomorrow, (race 2), the Open Class winner was Allez Vite. :hurray::hurray:

Everything was cool until they asked for a tape deck and some cheeseburgers. That's when he snapped.
 
Must have been Jimmy's recalling of that event that led to his recent "stage diving" accident...Poor SOB, looked like it hurt like he__
