I wounder how this will work out.....
With 1 new SVL Fountain already out and from a few conversation I have had...it looks like at least 3 others that will be running in 2011...with the Fountains...when is a good time to buy a SVL Fountain...
If history repeats itself...Reggies boats will only get faster and faster..becuase of changes...which is a smart thing....but when do you buy the SVL....now...or wait for a year till they have made a number of changes to the boat that takes it to its optimum speed...
And will there ever be a max speed put in to keep parity...and if so will that take away from the spec racing part....
Don't be suprised if Reggie dose not start putting some good deals together to get his SVL's out there...it will be a smart move on his part...
With the SV's running 105-110 with 525's....and the new SVL's running well who knows maybe 100+...you might find teams with twins moving to the single engine class becuase of the cost savings...matainance, fuel, have half the things to go wrong...towing ect...ect...this year is so much differant and easier running a single then running and maintaining a twin engine boat
