New Throttlebody for 500 and 525

This is the new throttlebody we made and tested for a 30HP and 30ft#'s of torque. It adds 2 3/4" to the top of the engine. I am going to anodize the all blue and they have a 1/4" thick flame arrester that fits right in the top of the throttlebody to save hatch room.

You can put it on a stock engine and it will change the air/fuel ratio from 12.4 to 12.8 and still be safe. You really need to put a 02 bung in the ex and see where you are at before and after.

I have a 1/4 inch flame arrester that sits right in the top under the retaining plate to save on hatch room. The total height is 2 3/4".

That is the first one we built for testing and we had to build a 1/4" spacer for the top to clear the butterflys and have room for the flame arrester to sit under the retainer. All the one's we are machining now are all one piece with the top retainer. We also have more of a radius entering and we are anodizing them all blue. 30HP = almost 1 1/2 to 2 MPH on the water were going to a boat race not a beauty contest :sifone:

I am in the process of finishing the pricing now, I am waiting on quotes for the gaskets which are being made right now, stainless bolts and screws and the anodizing. I should have a total price in a couple of days. The price will include machine the plenum top.
