On this one I stand with the government. That they want the ability to crack the sign-on password without the phone going into the fail-safe/erase all data mode from failure to enter the correct password 10 times is okay with me. But, it can only be after the fact with a court search warrant and approval.
I'm also okay with the fact that the courts decided, not the government.
As for complete encryption on email and phones, not sure yet.
I stand with Apple. I would rather be free than "safe."
