I am actually looking for some good people to potentially run some stores for me in these areas. What we do it Rent to own wheels for cars. Probably not for someone on here but maybe you know someone or have kids etc. that could help me You do not alaways work in the best neighborhoods nothing real bad we look for around a $50,000 yr avg income 3 mile radius are locations are in shopping centers usually with grocery stores etc. I am trying to break into these areas we usually have only 1 or 2 employees per store and I would definatly be looking for someone who wants to become a partial owner minimal investment helpful. Does not requuire much capital
Tax time is the busiest time of year for this business and then you just collect payments the rest of the year I have leases worked out in these towns if someone is interested.
I would give more specifics if someone was interested. Potetially the easiest legal money someone will make.
Also just to make this semi boat related. We can get the semi style wheels for trucks and trailers and wheels for anything else for that matter.
Our company is similar to rent and roll, rimtyme, premier wheel worx, etc.
We do "rent to own" wheels and tires which requires a major investment we are totally different than some wheel and tire store. look up Rent and Roll in Cincy and go check it out.
I'm about 99% sure there is only one of these in Cincinatti. There are definatly only 2 in Indianapolis and I think 2 in Louisville.

I know what you are talking about. There's a smaller outfit, odd name, but damned if I can think of it, with stores in Cincy, N.Ky, and Dayton, Oh. They advertise on the crappy cable channels and the car trader rags that are in all the stores. Pictures of crappy mid 70's sedans rollin on 24's and such.
Couple of blocks, cordless impact and a razor on the valvestem...a guy on each side and should be off and out in less than 60 seconds... At least that's my best guess

Although the repo process would seem tough it is actually easier then repoing a refrigerator or Tv from Aarons or Rent a Center. You can't just walk into someones house.
I do assume there are smaller outfits out there but our customer is definatly not somone with big rims on an old car. Maybe a cash sale customer but not a rental customer.
