LOL! It's still only in the 50's??? I can't even imagine the conversations taking place between people in Florida and the rest of the world this past week.

Kroger good. Wal Mart bad. See below (copy/paste from FB)
i lost my id in key west. no biggie i have idenity theft watch stuff. but i went to wal mart today b/c we were out of groceries. normally i don't go there b/c i hate it but i had to get some other things and that was my best option. i get my cart filled with food, wait for the lady in front of me to have her 4 year old use the u scan to check them out, get all my stuff through, paid and was "randomly selected" to show my id. my credit card was approved but since i couldn't show my driver's license, they refused to sell me anything. I calmly explained the situation to the manager and all she could tell me was "Sorry". I was/am SO ****ed. I just walked out. I offered to call my credit card company etc but no dice. So I went to Kroger and spent another hour going back through my grocery list

I love my Kroger...When Britt was a baby, sitter called me at kroger to say she was blue. Told her to call911, and I would meet her at hospital. The mgr offered to put my entire cart in the cooler so I could get it later.( I have had to use this option a couple of times, like when your getting ready to pay and there are NO checks in the check book......have a couple of favorite tellers.) Pays to make friends with them. Sorry about your let-down.

Yea, we are doing great, if great has her on the coast and me in the western part of the state.
Jennifer is due in early May, so no grandchildren yet.

My wife decided we needed to go on a diet starting last Monday, I started at 245lbs, lets see how this goes. Next week Wed I get to drive the dogs back to Wisconsin for an horse awards banquet, I wonder how the diet will fit into that. Oh my daughter and wife are flying back, which is a good thing cause I can drive more than 150 miles without a potty break

Morning all! Hey my friend Ted! How are you? Will the Blue Angels raft up happen this year? I really hope so!
It is a balmy and breezy -14* here in northern NH, with an expected high of around 11. Hey, at least it is double digits! And honestly, I don't care if I NEVER see snow again. I have an icicle that is about 5 feet long hanging off the back of my house if that tells you anything. Just another week and a half and I am out of here! I can't wait to live somewhere that I don't have to wear ALL of my clothes at the same time in the winter.

Morning all. Last night, sleep was elusive....Drempt I was looking out the window watching it snow,and the swirling white turned into black smoke. The house was on fire!... (when I was 12, the house did have a fire, went up kitchen wall..) Left me with a heaviness in the chest, that I still have.
