Are the west coast guys usually at the show? I.E. Nordic and so on?

So I am going down with my friend and her sister works for Marriott. She said that if we stay at a Fairfield or a Marriott she can hook us up with a sick room (she said the Fairfield will be a lot cheaper). Is there any close to the show? I was looking for one ocean front cus we wanna sit on the beach while we are there also. Anybody have any suggestions?

I just changed my reservation back to the Catalina as it is with in walking distance to the convention center right on Collins ave. Should be fairly close to alot of action on South Beach.Has any one stayed at this place? They say they are only 0.5m away from the conv center?

Interesting, I thought everyone was there. Never been to the west coast boating. Would be interesting be see how different it is.

There's some of everything but 90% is yacht, sportfish or offshore hi-perf boating.

The west coats has a group of offshore guys (Tank and the Cali crew) and theres a few large cats on Havasu, but it's really small compared to the boats east of the miss river. I would think a Cali show would be what you're looking for.

Hey Wrink....what was the name of the hotel that the FPC had the party at last year, when we finally met? I was thinking it was the Ritz or the Raleigh, possibly. It seemed like a very nice hotel.

Shelbourne is a great place to stay location-wise. Just don't expect much for a room...not that you will be in it much anyway! Does anyone know if Finnigan's Way is still open? Right on the beach North of the Clevelander? Great bar...

got hooked up in a condo their ... nice and inexpensive... i think their a few still avilb. if anyony needs the contact info let me know... Jeff
