I just booked The Strand on Ocean drive for Friday and Saturday nights. Going to stay the weekend instead of the usual quick, in and out. See many of you there.

Has anyone here ever stayed at the Catalina Hotel & Beach Club? They say it is only 0.5mi from the Convention Center? I am looking to book soon if you have any info on this Hotel please let me know good bad other. Thanks.

Tracy, Thanks for the info the other day. I was at the dentist (Dr. Cabbell in Hartland) getting a cleaning this morning and my doc says he goes to Florida in Feb. also. Everyone wants out of here. I see the Blue Moon, Clevelander/ Essex House are all about 1.4 miles from the boat show. Are these all about the closest?

no, I stayed at the Shelbourne b4 & it's like a block away, as R others! I don't think the Moon is quite that far!!!??? A few minutes walk 4 sure!!

Cool! Same husband/wife team running it? Guy had a shaved head and wife was hot and onery. Good peeps! Treated us very well in 2005 when we were there for the boat show.
