I'm guessing 800 / 760. Have you run NGK -6's in similar race motors? Seem like they may be on the hot side to me. Here's a picture of my 10.9:1 600" BBC while we're on the subject. Pushes my 23' cat right along!:driving:
I run NGK -9's.

Hate to say it, but if you have adjust your idle and off-idle fuel mixture by running a hotter plug, you need to get someone else to do your tuning.I run 7-8's right now ,with the 12:1 racefuel on a 509 CI .
I keep fouling them up in the milling area,,so i thought a little hoter isn't bad.
Specialy on the 9.7:1 on 93 octane !
U run racefuel mix in yours , right ?
If u tell me u run 93 in a 10.9:1 u will burn it up anyways soon ,,no matter what plugs u run !
George, you are correct! I was just making a comment.mark i said the same thing,,i think he even needs to look at the power valve?
That wasn't his doing; he did accept PM's up until approximately 8pm.DAREDEVIL, You sent me a PM, I spent about 15 min. to reply and you don't accept PMs or E-mails. NICE! Call me tomorrow. I'll tell you what I wrote.
