"2009 Jammin On The James" July 11th Richmond,VA.

I don't think I am going to be able to make this anymore. I just got engaged 10 days ago and we already have a wedding planned for July 31st. I'm gonna be spending too much time and money on that:boxing_smiley:

Save a spot in 2010!:26:

Wow, only 10 days ago and you'll be married in less than a year.

I assume the cult is invited. :sifone:

Congrats man!!!! does she get a set of keys to the boat? :26::rofl::biggrinjester:

Funny thing is I asked her many times if she wanted to drive, but she turned me down everytime. She had no problem drivign my 22 Scarab though, although that was much smaller and only had one "stick."

She does want to "help" more, so in October I let her pull the empty trailer out of the water while I got the boat out of the way of others launching. The parking area was empty and huge, but I took a look up and one of the mechanics is sprinting over to my rig because she jack-knifed the crap out of it....gonna have to work on that!

Trailers are not user friendly to those who have little or no experience.

Driving the boat is much easier. :auto:

Well look at it this way.... At least you had the boat in the water.. It could have been worse! :leaving:

Oh it got worse! This was on Lake George and within 1/2 hour I was kicked off the lake and had a ticket in my hand! Pulled over 98 DB's(legal is 90).

Yeah that does stink.. However the law in NH is F'n 45 DB's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and as of January 1st to match..... There is a speed limit 45mph!!! shoot me now.!

45 dB is quiter than typing on a keyboard, the bilge blowers make more noise than that.

You obviously have to put mufflers on.. however I have even had friends who have to put steel wool in them to pass....

CMI mufflers on a 500 EFI rang up 90.1 DB's on another guys boat, so mufflers wont do it alone on a performance engine. Steel wool sounds like an interesting idea...

you would have a blast.. Just leave the boat home... Althougth Portsmouth NH is VERY nice! Can't wait for Jammin! It is the warmest its been in days here.... 32.4! I miss the 90 degree dock party.. I just hope Excursion gets that red checkmate with crew next to him again!!!

You got that Right !!!!!!! :drool5: :drool5: :drool5: :drool5:
