But, that is what the Government should be working on. Guys like Cuda who are productive and hit catastrophic circumstances should get assistance, and get it immediately when a team of Dr's say that's what he needs. Not bypassed by the system because he lives in the wrong county.....

I really think quality of care should be based on personal health choices. It should no way be all inclusive. It's not a God given, or Constitution given, right to have heart transplants, lung transplants, dialysis, specialized medicines that cost thousands every month, etc. In Canada, from what I've read, the acceptable death rate for patients waiting to receive heart bypass surgery is 80%. The one thing that would happen here with nationalized health care is a similar set of circumstances, and no one for attorneys to sue.
