Honestly, when it comes to older boats, you will never, ever get your return on investment when you go to sell the boat when you restore them.
The only reason we did what we did with the Stinger is because Rob did all the work himself. He did the mold for the fairing. He did the molds on the side vents. He did all the paint work inside and out, and put in all the gauges himself. If he wasn't able to paint, we would have never had that scheme on the Stinger.
In the end, we sold the boat for almost $9000 more than what Rob bought the boat for 9 years previously. And we bought the Apache for much less than the original asking price.
All white? Not for me. One season only and that's it, and I hope it's not even one season.

You know what the Stinger looked like. I'm sure we'll get some looks here and there when we're done with the Apache.
