I guess it will be lonely on the board for the next week, so many people are away.

Over the weekend I was organizing the basement and moved Ian's bowling bowl, I guess the zipper has not worked in a long time because the ball fell out as I was putting in on higher shelf, it rolled at and dropped on my right foot from about four feet up $+&*&^&%*. I was wearing my garden clogs and I am pretty sure my big toe is broken:ack2: I have not picked up a bowling ball in like 10 years, I think I will wait another ten years until I pick one up again

Sounds like my knee incident before the poker run. Hope that it gets better soon. Glad that you didn't drop it on Kirby!!

We are gettin ready to head up town. Dee finally made it in today ... we hit the liquor store ... I had to make kool aid in the coffee pot cuz there are no containers here at the condo but now that we have had showers (again) and are semi primed, its time to go converse with others :seeya:

Mornin all, voting today, we're in a small district so there shouldn't be any waiting. Last election, everyone locally was running unopposed, maybe there will be some choices this time.

I avoid those at all costs. I'm just not into dressing up on Halloween.

We have some friends that live in Indy and they invited us to attend the Colts game Sunday night at the new stadium. What a great stadium. We had a great weekend.

Yeah... I had to be really careful on the run not to crush the poor guy. Although I have to be careful not to crush lots of things.
He is the coolest "micro dog" that I ever met. He is a trooper.


Hope that the injury isn't as bad as it seems/feels.

Got home pretty early (1:30 or so), and after I dropped off the misses, I hit the local pub and met some buddies there...walked in the door as the sun was rising. What a night.

Btw .. the liquor store didnt have 190 (or the tequila I wanted) but they did have this really cool grain alcohol .. its only 153 but its called Diesel .. how cool is that! so now ..instead of saying Im drinkin 190, I can say Im running on diesel :drool5:

The bartender asked me what I wanted and I told him his shirt and a few minutes later he came back wearing something else and handed me his shirt .... Jack Daniels on the front and the back says its all about the chrome :sifone:
