Rotisserie Garlic Chicken
• 1 chicken, 6lbs
• 1 stick butter
• Sea Salt
• 10 Garlic Cloves, whole
• 3 Tbsp Paprika
Sprinkle inside of chicken with sea salt. Peel garlic cloves, place inside chicken. Truss and skewer chicken with cotton kitchen string.
Microwave stick of butter, 1 Tbsp sea salt, & 3 Tbsp paprika together. Brush chicken with mixture.
Place chicken on rotisserie with a drip pan underneath to catch drippings. Turn on rotisserie & roast chicken, basting often with butter mixture. Cook for 1 hour.
