thankfully bush parden the bp guys. Im definitly against illegal immigration, it's a crime, when commitingany crime legally it should be stated that you assume all personal risks in doing so, getting ate by a dog, shot, beatin, f'd up etc. we are citizens of this country we should have the right to defend it., with ALL crime, if somebody trys to rob you, car jack you, break into your house, steal from you..you should be able to cap their azz if you catch them in progress. they assume that risk by commiting the crime (real crime not cutting someone off on the freeway).. I do have to add though, that after working for a fire dept along the border for several years and seeing how many illegals get f'd up, and or die in the desert, I do have an amount of respect for someone willing to die for a better a better way of life, but we should still be able to cap them if we see them comming over the fence or in our back yard, it would just mean they die with dignity.
