One week closer to vacation. We were to close yesterday. Last week I had the local bank president ask to walk thru the property one more time. He was giving me some crap about the Bodyman still being there. I asked what his concern was. He admitted the bank is buying all the buildings, the original buyer was only buying the lot behind his hotel. I asked don’t you think I should know this. The title company had everything typed up in Mr Groves name. Not cool. So they cost me another week on the closing. I will be very happy when this nonsense of the last 12 months is over.
