VERY Happy 4th of July 
Enjoy and stay safe
Last weekend alternator went out on the wife's ride.
Locally just under $500 for re manufactured at any of the normal suppliers.
$112 for NEW w/o core Amazon.
Less than 24 hours on my porch.
Was ready to pay extra to get it fixed and over with.
But not that much and I have had $hi+ luck with rebuilt alternators, starters, and motors

8 mph would have been pushing it at that point.
My Uncle installed all the HVAC for me when I moved in.
He was here last weekend for daughter's open house.
Thanked him for set up that lasted 30+ years
Told him how I band aided it all as long as I could knowing I would never get stuff that lasts as long again.

All this talk of A/C's conking out jinxed Me.....Mine went at 9 PM last Night....Threw a Fan in the Window and another on Me and made it through the night...Temp in the Bathroom this Morning 88 DEGREES.....compressor not starting...Gonna throw the emergency Window Unit in
(If I can carry it up the Stairs) and wait on the A/C Tech....On a Holiday Weekend...
