Golf Stuff.

It looks like a couple things: small groups have created ongoing "events" that block a lot of tee times and an influx of junior members.
Plus, I play during the weekday so that cuts down the available times.

I can't quit until renewal in Jan anyway.... so I am going to keep trying the rest of the year.

Throw your clubs in the car and come down.

Best time in KW to play is at two PM....Twilight goes into effect . It's cheaper because it is the heat of the day. I don't mind. the Cart has a

top and there are lots of Trees to pull under.

I played 18 holes of bogey/double bogey golf in just over three hours, including 4 beers and a hot dog.
Absolutely gorgeous. 75, mostly sunny, nice breeze, low humidity.

And was neither being pushed, nor was I pushing anyone. Although we did almost catch the young orthodontist widow and her daughter at 17. But our terrible play on 17 behind them assured they would be in the car before we holed out on 18.
They were playing faster.

I forgot all about course management because I haven't been playing much. Hit some monster irons when I should have laid up, but somehow I got there. I hit a 7 about 165, and a 5 about 190, which were both longer than usual/expected lately. By 17 I was pretty sore. Tweaked something in my right side from swinging hard. (and coming up mostly divot a couple times getting behind the ball)
