As far as my workout regime goes...

Breakfast, I like a nice glass of pineapple juice (with rum or vodka). Lunch, beer, margarita or Rockstar and vodka. Possibly a shot of Jaeger or Jaeger bomb. Post lunch, pre-dinner beer, captain and coke, margarita or rockstar and vodka. Dinner beer, Makers Mark or some similarly situated Bourbon. After dinner... freak out! Anything goes!

Oh yah, and here's a little tip I learned back in 'Nam... Warm Miller Lite tastes exactly the same as cold Miller Lite, so keep a few in your truck, for emergency purposes...

Out here, the internal of the truck will commonly reach 120 degrees plus.
I would imagine that would be similar to drinking beer at the temp of coffee. I quit drinking coffee a few years ago because I wanted something cold in the morning.
