TY! Brand new house but I've decided to change a lot of stuff already so been working night and day trying to get it livable. Easier to do now vs once all my crap is in the way.

Plus I've been drinking with the neighbors every night since going to settlement on 9/11; needless to say I'm already about a month behind schedule...
