The City of Clearwater spent millions putting in a fountain with a rounabout in it. They had trouble keeping fountain running, and after numerous wrecks there, the spent a bunch more to remove the fountain, and the roundabout.

They put a a ton of speed bumps in a town I used to live in. It SUCKED going over them in the dually. I would drive over them at like 1MPH then once over would floor it to the next speed pump 100 feet away break and do it again. Well I guess I was not the only one doing it becuase a month later they were removed because of all the noise from the cars slowing down and speeding up. Then they tried long sloped speed bumps that lasted about a year and last time through the road was flat again. Some times you got to tell the people that they bought a house on a bussy road.... GET USED TO IT!!!

That's the one. I put natural gas lines al oever Cleawater Beach right after high school. You can still see where we cut the roads and driveways to put the lines in.
