When I lived in Florida, on the water, and watched everybody motor by and I with a nice dock and lift - but no boat!!!
Being a Realestate Developer and knowing I can't do any Developing for several years. Does NOT help the boat situation one bit!
The 40 lbs. my Girlfriend needs to loose.
