West Michigan Offshore's Rock the Coast, 2017

[Serious News]

Reasons this is going to be a great event:

1) At 115+ boats and counting, this is WMO's biggest run ever.

2) Pete Boden from Shoot 2 Thrill Pix and Speed on the Water will be riding in a helicopter to get great shots of your boats in action.

3) The Friday night dock party at the Grand Haven Municipal will consist of WMO apparel sales, and more than 60 offshore boats occupying the slips, taking up pretty much the entire marina.

4) The Saturday afternoon raft up party will be at least as good as last year, which was pretty epic!

5) There are about 30 boats 30' and under, 60 boats from 31' to 39' feet, and about 30 boats 40' and over, so pretty much every size is represented. Also, the following brands are represented:

We went to dinner tonight at Boat Werks so Pete could see the 4' x 6' metal photo he took on the wall in the bar.

Cone to find out, they now sell t-shirts with the photo on them, and postcards. Sweet!!

Weather wasn't real cooperative this evening, but even with a few showers passing through the turnout was pretty good with lots of cool hardware. The really good news, the forecast for tomorrow keeps looking better and better. We all have our fingers crossed.
