And I thought racism was getting better in those hodunk towns...
What was I thinking?

At the risk of this thread taking a bad turn I am going to clarify my post.
Aunt Jemima panckakes and pancake syrup evokes a pleasant childhood memory for me and it couldn't be any furthur from racism. It's when someone decides to twist it and pervert it for whatever reason that it becomes offensive.
As far as the comment about "Hodunk towns", I believe that the term "Podunk" not "Hodunk". I live in Kankakee Illinois at present but come from a smaller town east of here called Momence. It has a population of about 3000 give or take and has some of the nicest people that you would ever want to meet in it. They watch out for each other and will give you the shirt off their back if you would need it. I would be willing to bet that there are no homes without heat and no kids that are going to bed hungry in Momence.
So, If it somehow makes you feel better about yourself pointing out the fact that I Live in what you refer to as a "Hodunk town" then by all means, continue. I'm proud to come from a small town and the older I get, the happier I am about it.
As much as I hate to respond to any of your sillines, I'm not going to let your accusation stand without a response.

Barb, surprising he knew About Apache!!! he told me his dad used to run some fast boat out of La Guajira which is next to Santa Marta for some people in Miami.:willy_nilly:

So maybe his dad was familiar with a white very light 41 footer ;)

It wasn't racism. She looks like Aunt Jemima. If she looked like Ronald McDonald you could have said Big Mac. Wouldn't have been "anti-cow."
When I looked like Howard Stern for a few years, because my hair was so long... people used to make comments. They weren't intended to be anti-semetic. ;)

This may still get cleaned up, because we like to keep Lucy's thread looking nice for her. :)

Many owners of 41 Apaches could afford a 47 but to get the feeling youre looking for a 41 is more than enough and probably more challenging to drive. With much less maintenance. IMO Marks 41 really is the best Apache available. It is one of very few truly turn key 41's out there. You could go out and buy any other good boat out there, but years from now all you end up with is, (as good as they may be) just another boat. Apaches are timeless classics, their build quality and ride is legendary and there is always a certain pride that comes from owning one. What else out there can compare? Congrats.

ALL YOU NEED RITE HERE.........cya..

Updated sorry for not adding these two boats before, but I think that the 3 pack that raced in Europe might have originally been a race boat from the US at some point already on the list. I added it to the list though unless someone can confirm otherwise.

It sure seems like it, the way I thought that this list can be applied is I will create a new thread with just this list and pictures of the boats. From the first post I will link each one to the post that has the pictures of the boat, so a person can easily click and view what ever boat they want to see pics of. I am not sure if I have pics of every boat, but I think I am pretty close. I will get around to doing this eventually :) Any thoughts?

Vegas was great. Had a great planning meeting with our team for 2010. Will be back in January for the worlds largest chiropractic convention. Will be picking up the boat soon, cant wait
