Warpath!

We checked our props - we currently have 17/27 3 blades, 16.34/29 4 blades, and 17.5/30 4 blades

I might be WAY off the mark but what about some 16.5x24 4 blades? would that help ya?

I agree with Scott, need something in the 32 pitch range, diameter ok though. We have lots of testing to do on the 21st. We finally got our GPS in, it looks awesome. It matches the rest of the gauges. We are keeping the old school look. Lifting straps being made, and vinyl should be installed shortley

I was throwing it out there i wasn't for sure. Anyway Good luck to ya on the testing!!! :sifone:

Give me a call I have probably tested every type set-up that is imaginable....

From your experience in 41's do 3 blades generally give you a higher top speed and 4 blades being more efficient mid range compromising some top speed? Is there a noticeable difference in the effect of 3 blades vs 4 blades when using speedmaster 3a's vs #6's? Again, In general.

Maybe but it has to be perfect water and conditions and if anything changes you lose it......4 blades give you pretty much the same thing but it will give you more punch....ran a 5 blade Herings with great results!! Lets face it an Apache needs some water to run if it's flat water go to the bar you will have more fun BUT give me some 4-8' water and you will have the most thrilling ride of your life!!!!!

One of the best set of props I ever had was 16.75 Dia x 32 pitch I believe they ended up on Warpath actually when I sent them to Jay in Massachusetts!!!!

glad to see you guys are playing nice:):willy_nilly:!! just kidding..:driving: Hello from Monaco, Montecarlo! love this town!

I've wanted to ask this since I was about three pages into this great thread, and now seems as good of time as any. For us newbies, is there a bio thread on the wonder filled life of the amazing Lucy? I will be surprised if there is not a book available somewhere..and if not...that is some publishing gold waiting to happen.
