Warpath!

The yellow one that was confiscated before a race and now owned by a man in NJ, am I correct? This boat still has the original graphics, I saw it as a flag boat at the point pleasant race a while ago.

Anyone remember when the 47' American Flag Apache was a paceboat in Point Pleasant years ago?
I think this is the one you are talking about!:seeya:47 the old US offshore pace boat

Me too! That's the first scheme where the head dress goes above the gunnel, plus the paint job looks awesome.

Lucy, you know that boat?
the only thing I know about that boat is that is has a great scheme! I am sure some one here knows! :)

That's the one! I thought I read somewhere it went overseas?

Thanks for the info Frank. I'd love to see the paint in person.

Full pleasure or race cabin?

Pretty sure it's all pleasure Chief!

The painter that painted the Apache is the same guy who painted the ice cream boat that everyone likes so much... He also painted a local fishing boat, owned by the ice cream boat, and the detail in the paint was unbelievable! It acually looks like you're staring into an aquarium! If you all knew the ice cream boat owner, you'd know why he painted the boat like that.. RIP...

this one started out as ptm express then went overseas and was alos the lucky strike boat.

here it is running... http://www.turbinemarine.se/testafilma47.html

Apache 47 Dubbelklicka för fullskärm .. means double click for full screen... it takes a minute to load but well worth it.
