View From The Pits—Coil And Curtis ‘Dream’ Team Ready To Rock For Class 1 Debut

Hard to believe that they re-engineer the drives, steering, tunnel tab, trim tabs, etc, then Tyler hurts his back to where he can't run the boat for improvement (hopefully) comparisons to last season.

Has to be frustrating as hell!..... :banghead:

Chatted with Steve after.

He's having a bit of an issue getting the trim responsiveness reintroduced into his memory. He said he barely taps the trim and the boat reacts much more than anything he's been used to in the past several years.

I'm sure they will be faster today than in qualifying. But, will the weather cooperate?

After the race, Steve said he was very comfortable with the boat after the first few laps, never let off once during the last three laps.

The boat needs some setup work, but they have ideas.
