As far as the bad news, hey it happened my business and my financial situation changed tremendously since 2008.. But when your in the Residential Remodeling business and the economy/recession kicked in well guess what i was effected, as where 1ooo's of Americans..:banghead: Not proud of it,but I don't have anything to hide..

BTW when you did that search did you happen to see the A+ rating I had with the Better Business Bureau?arty:

I was wondering FR why is it that members can lash out, insinuate, and even say the nasty crap to me in this thread but when I make a comment, I'm the one that gets told that I need to keep it clean? I'm not complaining at all, but does seem just a tad one sided though..

Fleg, this is in no way shape or form directed at you but since you mentioned the BBB allow me to elaborate on how you obtain a A+ rating with the BBB.

Step one, sign up for BBB membership

Step two, pay dues to the BBB and show copies of two, (yes just two) invoices for work that your company has billed for in the past 365 days.

Step three, instantly start off with an A+ rating.

Unless an induvidual files a complaint you automatically maintain that rating.

The BBB is nothing more than an advertising agency that most people take for the gospel. Its a complete joke! I've got a mile long list of contractors that have been out of business for years who have bankrupted owing me tens of thousands of dollars. Yet they somehow still manage to hold an A+ rating with the BBB. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the part where the BBB wont accept complaints against a company from another company.:beatdeadhorse5:

Well Fleg..!!! It’s PARADOX, not Paradix…… and let me tall you a few things, and take it with a grains of salt. If your thread got deleted at OSO due to my comments, so be it, and I guess all that means is that it’s obvious that some people pay attention to my comments. However. while I would like to take the deletion as a compliment, I won’t. I highly doubt that’s why it was deleted. I’m not that important, nor have the clout to influence the mods decisions. Hmmmm.. may be I do in your perspective. You have no clue who I am. And that’s fine. But when I look in the mirror, I see a dude who went through hell in life, enjoys life to the fullest, and able, willing and will always say my peace as I see it. It’s rare that I get into a heated argument and I don’t want to do it here, but everyone knows that WHEN I do, I don’t hold back and express my thoughts as I wish. I look in the mirror and I see my mistakes, I look and I see a guy who not once took advantage of anyone in the past nor I will in the future. I see some one who is a SOB at times, but fare and honest and worked his a$$ off. I see some one who has been taken advantage of, (by people like you) but learned and moved on. I see a guy who lives and dies by his values and principles, and those are good values and principles passed on from smart, educated loving parents with morality. Now!! I just wonder what YOU see and what others see in the mirror when your face is front of it. A short but may be not an accurate answer.. you can pretty much deduct based on the post you seen here and elsewhere.
So!!!! A little suggestion. While I do believe that YOU think you are in the right, taking advantage of some les fortunate people (as you have posted on OSO) and that you are doing the right thing scamming a pyramid concept to everyone who would fall into it, ok… so be it. It’s a free country. You come to several boating sites and try to “expand” your income, assumingly to people who has some expandable income, (thus the boating environment) and I can even understand the attempt. But don’t get all bent out of shape when it won’t work and you get some comments that you don’t like. Especially the way you are doing it. Members here and at other sites will go waaaaaaayy out of their way to help some one in need. (and they have).
You trying to justify your work ethics, the pyramid process, your excuse of making $ while doing nothing but blaming people if they won’t help you. AND THAT HAS NO PLACE where just about everyone worked their A$$ off to obtain their dream, their goal, and their passion for boating. You need a part for your motors, need some tech advise, just ask and see how many of us would be willing to help you out. You want to get rich on a scam?? You have no friends here or anywhere else. I don't have time to read all about the company but if it is direct marketing and you sell a product like Avon does then there is really nothing wrong with that type of marketing. I might be missing something but to me that is not a Pyramid. I realize some companies are more about getting other people below you to sell, but some like Avon, MaryKay, and Lia Sophia jewelry really sell products so it's not fair to lump them in with Pyramid schemes.

In reference to when you say Trump endorses your company, is he doing that for free because he loves it, or do you really mean the company pays him to be a spokesperson. Our local low end furniture chain sells a line of D. Trump mattresses which leads me to think for money he will put his name on various products. Also product placement is a big deal in movies and in TV shows, there are add agencies that do nothing but that type of advertising. So to get a Trump show dedicated to your company, does Trump have to think you are the best, or is your company just the one that paid the highest add fee. All that said you might be selling an excellent product but please don't try to get us to believe that D Trump is doing this out of the goodness of his heart just because he likes the product. Now if you said Ophra likes it...... LOL as much as that woman gets to me, I think she often promotes something just because she really likes it.

DONT! get me started on the yellow pages. This year were going to change the color of theese two words in your ad from blue to red, becase our studies show red is more of a attention grabbing color. Were also going to move the name of your business from the right side of the ad to the left becase our studies show that people tend to read from left to right. Theese stratigical changes will give you the edge over your competitors and it will only cost an addtional $150 per month.

The sad part is that is pretty much a word for word conversation that I've had in the past with my yellow pages rep.

Save your money and buy the M99, by the time your head clears from the reccoil and muzzle blast the last thing on your mind will be a follow up shot.

I guess I should answer. My best guess is that it is the original tone that you had, and the ease with which you slip into similar lashing. When you and I were talking early on, it was one-sided because you had zero info about me and had to make wild defensive guesses about what I do and for whom.
(all of which were probably entertaining to some.)

Also, technically this thread is spam. Not because you just joined to post it, but because it was a promotional message for a commercial endeavor that you reposted on more than one place. Some people draw a hard line against spam.
I have enjoyed this thread. My wallet was never in jeopardy. I still wouldn't argue integrity with people you don't know. And I would avoid arguing integrity with Paradox.
Let us have fun ok, let us make it a thread about what we would do with $499.00 that we could afford to throw down the toilet. And if some folks say "I want to join ACN, dammit" they are yours.
