Twin turbo engines

I would like to see it also !
They are heavy and awkward to mount with the round shape.

There is a brace that goes straight down from the bottom of the turbos to the bellhousing to hold the weight in the rough water, I will take a pic of it when I go back over there.

Can't wait to see them in the Skater.......

Can't wait to see the Skater either.......

Incerdible work as always Brad and Tyson!!!!!

the turbo sits on top of this piece where you see the water outlet for the turbo water jacket exhaust housing and at the bottom you see the flange that will have a brace that goes down to the top of the bellhousing.

I had my turbos hanging on the back of my headers for years running in the rough water at loto and never had any problems and I had no bracing at all on them.. but these will have braces just to make sure.

No it's not spread bore., I know there is a small space for the gasket to seal but I have ran 632 with twin turbo since 2002 in my boat up to 30 psi ( accidentally) and we never blew a head gasket. Normally when people blow head gaskets between tight bores they did something else wrong that caused it.

MLS or Wire and copper gaskets??

Power, Brains, Money and quite a Pair of Twins!

BIGYELLOWCAT

Sometimes looks like these are more exciting than a Centerfold naked on a bear skin rug!

Those are some absolutly awesome twin turboed marine engines.
You detail, engineering, fitment and layout is incredibly well done!!

Very few in our industry can do this kind of work on a such a platform!

Couple of questions I can't make out from the pictures? Where are the injectors, I kinda assumed under the plenum on back side of ports, or I guess they could also be inside under the throttle body exits?
How many and what size injectors are they set up for? Dual system? In/Out of Boost?
What's your estimate for power levels? Max boost?
Whose doing the ECM and whats the unit itself?

Sorry for all the questions, but now you've peaked my interest!

Last question? What Bank did you guys rob to build and develop these beauties??

Congratulations!! Looks like your work, investment and dreams may be soon rewarded! Best Of Luck!

Best Regards,
Ray @ Raylar

thanks.... there is alot of work to get all the stuff into as small of a package as we could..
here is pics of where the injectors and fuel rails are.. they are inside the addapter from the tunnel ram to the throttle body..
there are 12 injectors... 8 - 100 lb... and 4 - 230 lb... they were custom made. keep in mind that the new mercury twin turbo only has 16- 60 lb which is 960 lb ours has 1720 lb... thats almost double the potential hp.
the boost and hp are listed somewhere on this thread or oso
we are using pectel mq12 computer. we are programming it ourselves

we robbed the bank of E-DOCK to build them...
