Supposed to test @ 4pm today, I will get video but the weather doesn't look good. A local guy built it on his dime and just asked us for permission to make it Miss GEICO and we said sure. He has become a fixture around the shop now. It is really an awesome boat, 72" long powered by twin 15hp mini turbine

Talk about intimidation factor for the competition. If you hadn't mentioned that someone did it on their dime, the signal sent to competition would be: "Hey, we have some much extra cake, we commissioned a working model of our boat. You might as well not show up."
