True Offshore

Sounds like you have 2 boats ready for next years Rum Run Sean......:sifone:
See you there....

Hope so Tom! You see any of the updates in the Pantera section (some major nonsense to weed through but pics and progress updates)? C-69 is the 28 and P-51 is the 24.

What are the odds that I blow the motor in the 28 the week before the ski race? :reddevil:

Gentry Eagle was pretty fast especially after they kicked in the Turbine....which was technically on a surface drive arneson

Don't start with me Stinson... :sifone:

Actually I looked it up after I laid down that little piece of lake-boat propoganda and seems like the fastest jet driven (not powered) drag boats are running in the 160 - 170 range while their prop driven bros are running 260 ish...

At the end of the day, it's all still better than riding the bus! :D

mikeyfin what races are you going to run in the u,s, or fla. i hear your doing clearwater, that should be a great race, youl like it.

I couldn't resist bro.....:sifone::sifone:

I always thought it was funny to see the race course actually DRAWN out with permanent marker, on the dash of some older race boats I've seen. It still cracks me up to see the taped "lap stickies" on the dash of the newer ones, especially with all the technology out there now.

Some old tricks will always work the best I guess! :cheers2:

Ohh We got the new stuff...

Furuno GP 7000 with a reprogam so it instead of updating it at 20times/sec ours is a 50. A non civilian GPS program. and dual screens.

But it´s still mainly for backup or vice versa.
