Nope, Im moved 3 miles north 2 weeks ago. Go thru Bolton to Cty Rt 11 take a left and im 500 feet up on the right. Real nice lake and mountain views with some land. I went from 1/4 acre to almost 2 acres !! No more walking across the street anymore. I still have that house if you know anyone interested in renting or buying
