My "toybox"

My "Toybox" is a hangar CBC construction right at my house in a Fly-In commnity here in Florida. I have a large bi-fold door for aircraft and a rear "RV" door for the boat.


I want to move back to waterfront so if anyone wants a Fly-In commmnity/Airpark home in Florida lets chat!

Since steel is Cheap at the moment is it fair to assume that that prices should come down on the post frame construction types of buildings (pole barn)?

They are already pretty inexpensive but I was just thinking they might get even cheaper.

You guys are making me jealous and I'm thinking I need to get around to building my toy box.

48x 50, But I have to share it with my wife's 2 Horses and a donkey,Dust. There's also a standby 20KW diesel generator but the Solar panels provide all the electric to the house and some extra. My electric bill is always $2.20 (service charge to read the meter) with a KWH credit. It's like some other things,its never BIG enough. Doug
